She firmly believes that “Being literate is not enough, education along with a sound value system, healthy body and life-long learning is what can make the youth of our country globally competent and emotionally intelligent”.
With GG International School as her dream project that has now turned synonymous to trust and quality education for 5000+ students and parents, Ms Gupta uses the school as a medium to inculcate good values (Gurukul Traditions) and encourage inquiry based learning amongst students. Her passion for sports and nutrition bagged the International-Leadership-Excellence-Award organised by Meccademia, UAE in the year 2019 for her phenomenal guidance and leadership skills in the field of Sports Education. She has also spearheaded – Say No to Obesity scheme in GGIS to encourage healthy physical development of each child.
Ms Gupta’s passion for spreading quality education led her to begin a chain of pre-schools in Pune – GGIS Atha and a Teacher’s Training Institute – IGNITE which has revolutionised early childhood education in many ways. The Teachers Training Institute offers skills based programme that empowers women – mothers and educators with professional development and hands on learning.
Her inclination towards working for the benefit of the society can be seen in the number of community outreach programmes the school conducts each year. As a life member of FICCI’s FLO she takes keen interest in various philanthropic projects. Additionally as a managing trustee of Shrishti Farms, she makes effort to interweave nature with education.
Therefore, to sum it all it can be rightly stated for her that it is not every day that leaders are born, but there existence affects the future of many years at length.
